Legal bases (Art. 6)

Newsletter, demos and invitations: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)); you may withdraw it at any time without affecting earlier processing.

Emails, server logs and the language cookie: our legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)) — answering you and keeping the site secure and working.

Your rights (Art. 15–22)

You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection; we make no decisions based solely on automated processing. Write to [email protected]; we reply within one month.

International transfers

The operator is in the United Kingdom and some providers may have servers outside Türkiye and the EU. Data is transferred in line with Turkish KVKK art. 9 and the GDPR, only as far as the service requires and over encrypted connections.

Complaints

You may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office in the UK (ico.org.uk) or to the supervisory authority of your EU country (for example CNIL in France).
